I originally choose this realtor when searching for a realtor that would do well selling a unique home, because we were moving out of state, we needed someone who would be able to take the reins when we weren’t around and she did exactly that, she went above and beyond what was asked of her. She was professional the whole time, especially when there were some complications with the house itself and negotiations. The move would not have been as smooth if it wasn’t for her determined mindset, I don’t believe we could’ve found a better realtor to handle this moving process. As a first time homebuyer I didn’t know where to begin. Cannida and Company was referred to me by a family member who spoke highly of their expertise in real estate. The process of working with them was absolutely stress free from beginning to end. Ericka is simply phenomenal! She is a realtor PLUS, in that she is professional and proactive with her role as a realtor. The PLUS takes shape in all the other reactionary assistance and guidance she provides to make sure you are well informed and prepared through the entire process. At the end, we were so prepared at closings - the sell of our home was ~ 15 minutes and the purchase of our new home was ~ 30 minutes, and that was because we need pictures!🤗 I have had friends that chose another realtor recently and now they wish they had chosen Ericka.
