By far the BEST Real Estate team in the Atlanta/Metro area. Ericka was beyond knowledgeable and she took her job seriously. She made us feel like we were the only clients when I know for a fact she had multiple at a time. She has incredible understanding of the current market and she is familiar with such a large area. We purchased a home during a sellers market. Prices were sky rocketing and we had a very specific list of needs while houses were limited. She stayed with us every step of the way and whenever we viewed a home that we were interested in, she was prepared on the spot to get an offer on the table. Once we were finally under contract, she checked in with us regularly. We also had issues with a lender that was recommend to us, and we needed to switch at the last moment, she had someone ready for us within an hour who got us approved in 10 days. She has contacts for any and everything home related and is there for you even after the papers are signed.

I can't say enough about Ericka Kay! She was very fervent in helping my family find a new home! She was responsive and resourceful! Her professionalism was above and beyond! We worked with a handful of realtors here and Ga and to be honest were never satisfied with their costumer service. They try to get you to sign a contract with them and then they don't even deliver. Ericka did more than what we asked for. She's the best at what she does! I will recommend her time and time again to everyone I know!
