The most patient real estate agent around. I'm picky... Super picky. Erin stuck around for a couple of years until we found the right home for me. At one point I considered buying a home without having an agent, and that would've been the wrong decision. The knowledge Erin has about the real estate business is beyond her years. The amount of patience she displayed during the entire process was much appreciated, and she gave clear direction every step of the way to ensure a smooth process from offer to closing. She was with me until the end of the closing, which was in the evening. I felt bad because it was late, but she was there with a smile. I was so please to have you there. Outstanding Realtor! This was my first home buying experience. Erin was always available to answer all my questions (and I had a lot) and never made me feel that I was a bother. Erin knew just what we wanted, and she did not give up until she found it. She was there for you 24/7, and if she didn't have an answer for you, she would find one. She was a joy to be around, very personable, and so easy to work with. Not being from Florida a lot of things were different and she lead us through everything. Can't say enough about her, she was just a blessing for us.
