The house had multiple parties involved from a seller perspective and Erin did a masterful job of balancing interests. Her suggestions for marketing the property and support through the actual sales contract process were masterful. As a retired CFO of $3 billion company I have the experience to recognize talent. I could not imagine having a better broker to help me through a house sale. Do yourself a favor and make her part of your team.
