I started with another realtor before getting in contact with Erin. She is friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We saw house nearly every Sunday for over a month. I was looking in a very large area and she was able to assist with my broad range. She was able to point out things in the house that I would have missed. As a first time home buyer I went in looking for big ticket items and she was able to point smaller things that could turn into big problems.

Erin was recommended to us by our son and daughter-in-law. We didn't really know what we were looking for & choose 7 houses to look at in one day that were all over the place in age, style, location & price. Erin was very patient with us and very accommodating of the fact that we had to drive 3 hours to look @ houses. She very quickly (before us) figured out what we really wanted. She even arranged 2 last minute houses on a Sunday after she figured out what we wanted. On our 2nd trip we looked at 8 more houses and the home of our dreams was among them.
