I was looking in a very large area and she was able to assist with my broad range. She was able to point out things in the house that I would have missed. As a first time home buyer I went in looking for big ticket items and she was able to point smaller things that could turn into big problems.

We didn't really know what we were looking for & choose 7 houses to look at in one day that were all over the place in age, style, location & price. Erin was very patient with us and very accommodating of the fact that we had to drive 3 hours to look @ houses. She very quickly (before us) figured out what we really wanted. She even arranged 2 last minute houses on a Sunday after she figured out what we wanted. On our 2nd trip we looked at 8 more houses and the home of our dreams was among them.
