Fabiola Castillo — As detail-oriented as the fine print of a contract, as bright as the Dallas skyline at night, and as unique as her three-legged cat named "Kittie," these are just some of the ways clients describe Fabi's vibrant personality and ironclad work ethic. Although she comes to us from San Antonio, TX, Fabi's family hails from Mexico City. "Sí, yo hablo español. Ahora, ¿quién quiere una margarita?" (That means: Yes, I am fluent in Spanish. Now, who wants a margarita?).

While most kids her age are trying to figure out how to get to the pool pronto, Fabi is closing deals and getting things done. She specializes in first-time home buyers, investors, and those downsizing or upsizing. Fabi understands the frustrations and challenges that can arise, but she also knows the solutions. With her background in staging, marketing, business development, construction, rentals, rehabbing, project estimating and management, as well as finding a home that accommodates the needs of her own family, Fabi fills in the gaps, answers the tough questions, and brings the value needed to make the best decisions possible.
