Year-over-year, Plano’s rolling three-month data shows prices easing modestly while activity picks up. The typical home value is down slightly from last year, with the median sale price now around the low $500,000s. At the same time, homes sold are up compared with a year ago, and pending sales have climbed by more than 10 percent, signaling stronger buyer demand.

Looking at the latest rolling three-month period ending in May 2026, inventory and new listings have shifted noticeably.
