Plano’s rolling three-month housing data shows prices easing slightly compared with a year ago. The typical home value is down about 3 percent year over year, landing just under $500,000. At the same time, the share of homes selling above list price has inched up a bit from last year, signaling that desirable properties can still draw strong offers.
