Everyone told me that buying a house was going to be the most nerve-wrecking experience of my life, so I had a lot of anxiety when I started looking at houses. Then I found Frederick and all that anxiety was gone. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very responsive to my emails, answering many of them within an hour. The home I bought wasn’t even on my radar. I would never have found it without Frederick’s help. He literally found me the home of my dreams. I can’t say enough positive things about him. If you are looking for a new home, Frederick is the realtor you want. You won’t find a better realtor anywhere.

We had hired another real estate agent that fired us after the first showing. I e-mailed Rick and he answered in 10 minutes! He arranged to meet us 2 days later and showed us 4 homes. We bought the fourth one. All through the process, Rick was positive, fun and honest. We loved every second of our interaction with him. We kind of miss him now that we have closed!
