She asked questions to find out what we wanted and the neighborhood we were interested in, and she made us feel like we were her premier client. This was our first home to purchase and in today’s real estate market that can be challenging. In order to get our offer accepted the moment she knew something was available she was helping us work out a plan. I made the move from Iowa to Texas which was very stressful but Ginny went above and beyond to try and make it an easy transition. She even took extra pictures of homes and emailed them to me in Iowa. She would call me when doing a walk through and let me know what she was seeing since I could not always make the drive to look at homes. We were on such a time crunch and had issues with the transfer of funds from Iowa sale but Ginny got on the phone and made it all happen so we had our new home to go to that night. Even after the sale, she drove us around to learn about the surrounding areas. We now have been here 2 years and we stay in touch and I consider her a great friend.

Ms. Jilbert is very knowledge and what she will look it up to provide a correct answer. She kept us updated on all details of our sell.
