Ann and her team were always there for questions and reassurance when the market was changing. Their communication and quick responses made the selling of our home a pleasant experience. It's the best team I have hired and will definitely use them again.

Ann had sold our friends home just a few months before we listed our home for sale. Our friends had nothing but good things to say about her. After meeting with her we knew we need not look any further. She came to meet us at our home with several comparable properties in the nearby area. And we hadn't even signed an agreement yet! She was very efficient through the whole process and always on top of things. Never once did we doubt she was working for us or that she could be doing any more.

Ann Weaver understood our needs in finding the right home in the right location and not wasting time on visiting homes that did not meet our criteria. She showed us only homes within our desired area and within our price range.
