When it comes to listing a home, I strive to find the most cost-effective ways to update a property (if needed) without burdening sellers with significant out-of-pocket expenses. Most buyers plan to personalize their new homes, so over-updating a house for listing purposes often does not make sense.

For buyers, I help them find the perfect home without any pressure. The saying "location, location, location" is key; you can always update a home, but you cannot move it.
