Greg is very efficient and smart. He knows the trade very well. As first time homebuyers he was great at explaining the process in a way we could understand. Whenever we had questions he would get the answer immediately. He got the seller to cover all closing costs which was very helpful to us. We definitely recommend him and will be referring our family and friends.

He didn't just want to list it and wait, he wanted to go out and drum up buyers. His game plan was effective, and we had the property under contract extremely quickly.
