Pleasant Grove had 49 new listings and 47 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 94—down 5.05% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
Of those 94 active listings, 42.55% reduced their price in the month of July. The median listing price for homes in Pleasant Grove fell 1.28% from June to July, bringing the current median listing price to $570,000. Based on projected data for August, listing prices may continue to fall.

In July 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 36 days, compared to 39 days in July 2024.
