December’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $535,000—up 7.75% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $519,500 in Utah County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $519,280 in January.
Pleasant Grove had 15 new listings and 18 listings that went under contract in December, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 65—down 15.58% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in January.
Of those 65 active listings, 26.15% reduced their price in the month of December. The median listing price for homes in Pleasant Grove fell 18.07% from November to December, bringing the current median listing price to $469,000. Based on projected data for January, listing prices may continue to fall.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract fell year-over-year. In December 2025, the median time for a listed property to go pending was 60 days, compared to 94 days in December 2024.
