Inventory in Farmington has been rebuilding in the latest rolling three-month view, with active listings only slightly below last year while months of supply has jumped more than double year over year to about four months. Contract activity is softer than a year ago, as homes sold are down sharply and pending sales have also declined compared with the same period last year.
