My mom and i needed to sell my grandmother's house. Greg informed me with all the legal steps that I needed to take in order to make the sell, walking me through every step. He even voluntarily helped me clean up the property on some the hottest days we had this summer. I will always use Greg in the future, and recommend him to anyone i know that is buying/or selling a house.

The process wasn't an easy one. Greg was available to myself and my mother every step of the way. Very knowledgeable on all matters of the sell.

A successful search and closing speaks for itself

Greg was fantastic. I'm new to the area and Greg was able to teach me about different areas of the city and what to expect in each area (prices, crime, subdivisions, traffic, etc). He worked with me for almost an entire year. He was patient and always willing to meet and talk. He never tried to push me towards a sale and was able to answer almost all the questions I had during that year long time. It took so long because I couldn't find a house I liked and ended up having one built instead but he was supportive of my decisions and listened to what I wanted in a house. I appreciate that he was straight forward with me and that he fought for my side of the deal the best he could. He was fantastic and I will definitely use him again if the need arises and I will definitely refer him to my friends and family. I'll gladly take what he taught me and going forward I will use him as a golden standard for what a real estate agent should be.
