Hank sold a former rental property for me after an update was completed. He assisted in finding people to help with the update as I no longer live in Spokane. His service was way beyond the call of duty for a listing agent. He is friendly, personable and has good knowledge of people, the area and was very hard working. I would recommend him to anyone for both selling and buying.

Hank is the absolute best realtor! He was instantly responsive whenever we had a question and it didn’t matter what time of day or night we needed his help.
The most commendable things I appreciate about Hank is his honesty, knowledge, input, understanding, and working on exactly what we needed and desired, and he came thru the the most beautiful house of our dreams!
Hank blew me away with all he knows about contracts and all the legal things that go along with buying a house.

Hank is Literally the best. We probably saw two dozen houses with him before we hit the dream home (and truly it is). He was incredible every step of the way, great suggestions, super knowledgeable, understood what we liked and did not. Absolutely essential during closing, as I would assume always happens there were hiccups (insurance, documents, etc) and he ensured everything ran smoothly and seamlessly, that the right people got connected, etc. Also, just a great dude, super fun to hang out with, so nice and friendly. 10/10 would recommend!

Hank is an outstanding agent. You cannot have a more experienced, helpful, responsive agent in the Grester Spokane area. He also negotiated very well on our behalf and provided multiple tips on locations and explaining why some homes re-sale may be an issue. He builds long-term clients who will recommend and use him over and over.

Hank’s local knowledge, responsiveness and willingness to work around our schedule made the home process easy. Even during the tragedy of the Spokane fires, Hank kept us constantly informed. Just a superb agent!
