I have never met a broker who works so hard and is so diligent in terms of navigating the often difficult world of NY real estate. Heather is truly an amazing broker. She listed my apt for sale and did everything from Marketing, open house etc and we used their "Concierge" service which covered all expense for the seller (myself). Compass concierge service was extremely helpful as I did not have enough to cover the cost of repairing/renovating the coop apt. Heather is not only very professional but also has a great character and she is very knowledgeable about NYC market.
She gave me very good advice on navigating the whole process and renovating the apt via Concierge, she has great taste and I was able to finish the complicated renovation. She is great at what she does and very passionate about her work. I can trust her that she will get the job done no matter how complicated it is. She works extremely hard and is very responsive. I never had to follow up on anything in this process as Heather was always on top of everything.
