Kim has been a wonderful resourse for my home chasing journey. She knows which parts of town fit my personal and business purposes. She knows what would be the reasonable price to win the offer and at the same time be fair to both buyers and sellers. We have been together through 2 transactions and will be more in the future. No single complain I can make against Kim. She is also a great after-sale person. While I am packing up in California and get things ready to move to Florida, Kim and her son help watering grass, checking deliveries and such to make sure we are in compliance with the HOA rules. I can't thank her enough.
