Isai Tarin

I’m Isai Tarin, a real estate professional with RE/MAX Exclusive serving Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding New Mexico communities. I bring more than six years of hands-on real estate experience, with a background that includes residential sales, real estate investing, remodeling, construction, and manufactured-home development.

My experience allows me to look at a property from more than just a sales perspective. I understand the importance of value, condition, improvements, financing, location, and long-term potential. Whether I’m helping a first-time buyer, a move-up buyer, an investor, or a homeowner preparing to sell, my goal is to provide my clients with clear information so they can make confident decisions.

I believe communication is one of the most important parts of a successful real estate transaction. I stay involved throughout the process, keep my clients informed, answer questions, and work closely with lenders, inspectors, title professionals, contractors, and other parties to keep things moving.

For buyers, I take the time to understand what they’re looking for instead of simply sending listings. I help them evaluate properties, understand the market, negotiate effectively, and navigate the process from the initial search through closing.

For sellers, I focus on positioning the property correctly, understanding its competition, developing a strong pricing and marketing strategy, and negotiating with the seller’s goals in mind.

My background in investing, remodeling, construction, and manufactured homes also gives me additional insight when clients are evaluating properties that may need improvements, have development potential, or require a more experienced eye.

Most importantly, I want my clients to feel that they have someone in their corner who is accessible, knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely invested in helping them accomplish their real estate goals.
