I have been truly living (not just working) in real estate for 37 years. Most of that time was in Pinellas County, FL, working with buyers and sellers in Palm Harbor, all the way south to St. Petersburg and across Tampa Bay. Now, I live in Mount Dora, FL, to be close to my kids and grandchildren. I have extensive experience in the Mount Dora/Orlando market as well, having sold homes in Bluegrass Estates in Apopka, Celebration in Orlando, Doc Phillips, Groveland, and Sullivan Ranch in Mount Dora, just to name a few. During this process, I have sold homes to a very wide range of buyers, including first-time homebuyers, step-up buyers with families, investors, and numerous families relocating from out-of-state.

For me, real estate has never been "just a job." It has been my life’s mission for many years because I believe we are here to serve others to the best of our ability, and I enjoy doing just that. I spend the majority of my career counseling buyers and sellers during the home buying process. It can be a very emotional experience for many people since it is the biggest investment of their life. So, I calm the storm by walking them through every part of the transaction—from the home inspection, termite inspection, lender application, obtaining insurance quotes, dealing with HOA issues, etc. I respond quickly and share every single detail involved in their home sale or purchase. Why? Because not only do the details matter, but THEY MATTER! As I walk them through the entire process from beginning to end, I feel tremendous satisfaction experiencing the joy these families and individuals feel walking into their new home—the very place where lifetime memories are made!

After 37 years of helping people make their dreams come true, there’s one truth I keep coming back to: The right home, in the right place, at the right moment in a family's life, can set them on a trajectory they couldn't have imagined. That is what I am working for every single time I represent a buyer. Not a house… A trajectory. So, for me, “serving” matters because these are real people with real lives making wonderful memories that will last a lifetime.
