I wish to give the highest most glowing review that I can to Kayla McClean and her staff at Zen Home Group in Winter Park, Florida. I will try to keep this review brief since it would contain volumes of information regarding how amazing of a job Kayla did with the home buying process from start to finish and beyond. She has been the most attentive, helpful, informative, supportive, and available realtor I have ever dealt with.

I set out on the path to purchase a home in the Orlando area many months ago and Kayla's involvement with the process from showings, to finding a home, to drafting the offer, to coordinating with the bank I had chosen, to coordinating the home inspections and contractor quotes for repairs, to arranging the closing process, to the actual closing, and then assisting with coordination of contractors even after the sale has been way above and beyond what I would have ever have fathomed.

She was always there to consult by text, email or phone and this mattered immensely since I was buying the home while out of state.

Home buying is an immensely complicated and nuanced process and Kayla was just there during the whole thing smoothing things out as we went.

My particular journey was especially difficult due to the timing of critical events required by a particularly picky bank, being out of state during most of the buying process, and my heavy work schedule, but with Kayla's help, we got it done! When seemingly insurmountable bank related tasks showed up, Kayla and her super personable associates at Zen Home made the most gracious, accommodations during and after hours to get the closing done on time at their office in Winter Park.

As I mentioned above I could go on and on about how exceptional my experience was with working with Kayla and I most certainly will be seeking her out again for any other home purchase projects that I may take in the future in the area she serves.

If I could give 10 stars to Kayla and her team, I would, I highly recommend Kayla McClean as a realtor to help you on your adventure in buying a home in and around Orlando. My wife and I are so thankful to have met her and to have her secure our newly purchased home.
