I was looking at houses online - kind of a hobby of mine - until I found a house I loved & hoped to afford. I hadn't owned a home in nearly 13 years. He wrote a contract that night at my request! That seller wanted a cash deal so declined my contract immediately. I found another dream home & Tom Noelke "held my hand" from showing me the home, same day contract & negotiation, all the way to closing - quicker than I thought possible!
