Ruthie Buck was our realtor when we purchased our current home. The home was in foreclosure and needed repairs. We were financing through the Navy Federal Credit Union (the largest credit union in the world), which has rather stringent loan requirements. At that time, the house had no flooring, which was one of the requirements of NFCU. However, the bank insisted on selling "as is." Ruthie negotiated with the selling bank and with NFCU guiding us to create conditions conducive to a sale. Without Ruthie's expertise I doubt we would have gotten this lovely house we now call home. Her positive attitude, joy-filled demeanor, knowledge of home construction, site values, and this area, her skill at negotiating made her the right realtor for us. We highly recommend her to all our friends and family looking to purchase or sell a home. We can't thank Ruthie enough! She's the best :-)

My husband is in the military and at the time, we were stationed in Okinawa, Japan, so when we knew we were coming back to Virginia, we decided to buy our very first home. We met Mrs. Buck by luck and we hit it off the first time we talked. Because we were first time home buyers, she talked us through all the steps and paperwork. She sold us a great house that we love! I would recommend her to anyone that is in the market to purchase a house. She is great and very thorough in her work. If we were to every purchase another house in Virginia, she would be the first one we call.

The Jeff and Ruthie team are very well organized and true professionals. When moving from North Carolina to the northern Virginia area back in 2009, we were treated with dignity and respect. Being in the military, my wife and I have moved our family multiple times, and I would say, that this last move was by far the smoothest that we have ever experienced. Within weeks after submitting our home purchase request, our loan was approved and we were moving into our gorgeous new house!
