“Amy was a God-sent for us! At a time when the market was extremely unpredictable and slow, Amy from the beginning to end went above and beyond to keep us abreast of our options and strategies to keep us in the best position to sell. Amy's people approach and awareness of the need for constant and effective communication is a lost art today. Not only would we use Amy again, but would recommend her as our first choice to anyone looking to but or sell their home.”
“Working with Debra was truly an incredible experience! She was punctual, detail-oriented, and, most importantly, attentive to our unique needs. Her customer service is exceptional, and I would recommend her without hesitation—even to my own family. Thank you, Debra, for your kindness and quick response to our needs. You really are the best!”
“Judy made what could've been challenging and complicated, simple, and stress-free. If I had any questions, she was readily available to answer them. Her communication was excellent and always timely. I felt that she took a personal interest in the success of my house sale and went out of her way to guarantee a smooth transition, a fair selling price, and a pleasant experience. From our first conversation to closing, Judy gave us 100%. I plan on having her list my mother's house and any other house that I happen to purchase. There's a reason why she's the number one in our local area.”
“Kim Chamberlain was very helpful in our home buying search. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and took the time to understand our home buying needs. For anyone looking to buy a home in the Northern Virginia area, you want an experienced realtor and Kim will exceed expectations.”
“Corey is a complete professional who handled every aspect of our house purchase with patience, wisdom, and attention to detail. He will be our first call if we buy or sell again.”
“Outstanding and professional service.”
“Barbie went above and beyond our expectations with the negotiation and sale of our home. She did an excellent job communicating with us as well as the buyer's agent. When we had an issue with the inspection of our house, she gave us several options on how to move forward with the sale. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of her field. I would highly recommend Barbie Lee and Century 21 Redwood to all of my friends and family. Thank you, Barbie!”
“Laura was professional, she was personable. She answered all my questions. She was always available whenever I needed. She walked me through every process. I would highly recommend her. If I ever move back to Virginia, she will be the first person I call. This was the easiest home sale I have ever done thanks to her. I can't say enough good things about her.”
“Reached out to Agent Pronto one time and they were quick to respond and provide an exceptional Real Estate Agent of Leigh Burnley. Once Leigh and I connected, it was off to the races and everything went smooth with no issues. From the 1st time contacting Agent Pronto until closing, it was maybe a total of 45 days. Truly exceptional experience and would recommend to friends and family.”
“Emilie was amazing to work with. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the perfect home.”
“Nealy was absolutely wonderful and we could not have completed the purchase without her. The homeowner's association was very hard to contact and she was persistent in pursuing them in order to address concerns we had with the homeowner's association. She was very diligent and kept us well informed along the way.”
“Sandra did everything she said she would be able to do. I found her very professional. We are a bit difficult to work with; we asked to have all papers signed in person. I would use Sandra in future sales. Thank you for this service.”
“Payton was awesome. On top of everything and very professional.”
