Selling homes and condos for the last 13 years has taught me a lot. Without trying to sound too cliché, I truly love what I do. I enjoy walking through new properties with clients and seeing their eyes light up when they have found "the one." Whether you're a buyer or a seller, I have the experience of being in over 10,000 homes (a good estimate) and working with hundreds of clients. My strengths lie in communication, negotiation, and marketing. Currently, I operate seven local real estate websites that rank well in search engines, providing additional exposure for my sellers. I serve the entire Baldwin County area, including the cities of Spanish Fort, Daphne, Fairhope, Foley, Gulf Shores, and Orange Beach.

It was great working with Jeff. We were out-of-state, and he coordinated 9 condos for us to look at in an afternoon while we were down there. Jeff did a good job of giving advice on each condo and taking the time to learn what we were looking for. After our visit he helped us narrow it down to a few we liked and to help with our final choice. Jeff made the offer and contract process very easy and was always quick to respond to our questions, even past normal business hours. Because of Jeff, I feel like I was able to keep on track and informed about the process up to closing. He was attenative and was quick to help me understand when I needed to complete a task. He is also following up after the closing to insure work nigotiated at closing get completed. Thanks Jeff.
