Pat is a great realtor who is reliable and honest!

I was looking for a vacation home in Gulf Shores. Although I couldn't articulate exactly what I wanted, Pat did his best to show me what I described I wanted. After returning home, he called me about a month later, and said 'I think I found your home.' He was so right. I bought it and have now made it my permanent home. All thanks to Pat! I may be selling my place in a year or so (downsizing), and I will be calling Pat to sell it for me.

Pat was absolutely the best agent I've ever dealt with. For more than a year he patiently helped us find a home in Pensacola and when we found one did a terrific job handling everything, including helping us turn on the utilities. Couldn't be happier!
