I found Sean on a social media website and he gave me a Certified Market Analysis in January 2018. He was polite and gave me the rundown of the housing market. He referred me to Jennifer when I called him to list the house in September due to other obligations. Jennifer dealt with us in a very professional and understanding way as I had severe health issues and could not do it alone. She assisted us with critical situations and was always obtainable. After having 2 contracts go bad as to buyers backing out or not qualified, she immediately found another buyer and through her patience we we able to close today. Jennifer has great understanding of short sales and kept us informed the whole way!
