Jen Oliver

Jen is a Gem. We were moving from California, and needed to find a house to buy. She worked with us to find houses within our budget, and move-in ready. She made it quite easy to do transactions long-distance. She explained processes and procedures in order to proceed, and guided us every step of the way. Her knowledge of the area, and her negotiating skills were fantastic. Since we were able to pay cash, the process was quicker than usual, but the time from first contacting her to final close, was 30 days. That was quite the accomplishment.

Jen was amazing! She showed us so many houses with the specific things we wanted, and worked with our schedule to find time to show them to us. She was always positive even after the rejected offers and kept us motivated when trying to find a house in this market.

Jen helped me find a diamond in the rough fixer upper while helping me stay on a strict budget. Even though we were looking at low cost homes she still gave high cost service! Great/fierce negotiator got me everything we needed/wanted from the seller. Made the whole process streamlined and as stress free as possible (even though buying a home can be an emotional experience). Will definitely use her again in future and recommend her to every one I know.

Thanks to Jen’s industry and negotiating skills we ultimately found our dream home, and even ended up coming in under budget! We wanted a realtor who could match our intentions of positivity and kindness during this process, and show compassion for all of the players that we had to collaborate with throughout (sellers, buyers, brokers, mortgage officers, etc.) While interviewing realtors we found a lot who appear farther on the scale of greedy or unauthentic, seemingly wanting to push us to make fast decisions so they can get onto their next task. Jen always encouraged us to take our time making our own choices. She was so great about talking through all of our options, patiently answering our questions, and giving us pros/cons for each - but ultimately always had us make our own decisions independently.
