My wife and I had a very small window to find a house and Jermaine was able to work with us in a very tight market. He built a great rapport and trust with us as we did most of our search from across the country. I would definitely ask Jermaine to help with our next house search and recommend him to others.

Jermaine helped us find a house even though we were 1600 miles away. Jermaine was out DAILY shooting videos and sending them to us. He never complained when we nixed a house because we didn't like the master bathroom, the layout of the bedrooms, or the size of the kitchen.
He stuck with us when we put offers in on FIVE houses and were outbid on all of them. We finally went under contract and when it didn't appraise for the offer price, he not only negotiated the difference, but did everything he could to keep the deal together. I can't recommend enough people to work with Jermaine. He's a great agent and Colorado Springs is much easier to navigate with him by your side.

My husband and I used Jermaine in 2015 to purchase our home and again in 2017 to sell our home. We moved to Colorado Springs in 2015 and really didn't know the area. Jermaine was knowledgeable about the real estate in Colorado Springs and showed us many homes in different parts of town. He made the whole process of moving to a new state easier. When selling our home in 2017, Jermaine was just as great. He has always made us feel like we were more then just a client. He returns our calls in a timely manner and is available when we need him. We are in the process of building a new home and Jermaine is assisting us in that process. I have recommended him to friends and will continue to recommend him in the future
