We opened The Innovative Group in May of 2011. The vision for working together and opening our company was to provide a level of service to our clients beyond what can be achieved by a single agent. They were extremely helpful in considering things that we didn't typically think of. They were gracious and appreciative of our business. They always made them selves available even when our requests were short notice. It didn't matter how minor the meeting would be, they made sure to be there for us, so we would have an objective and considerate sounding board. I think using anyone other than Brandon and Louis would be crazy!

Louis was amazing and found solutions to any problem that came up - so we were able to see the house on time and at our asking price. Louis, did a great amount of work before we listed so that it was very easy once the 'for sale' sign went up in the yard.

I can't thank Brandon enough!!! I moved from California as a single mom with two girls and had no clue what I was doing.My purchase was based on the proceeds of a home caught up in complicated process of probate court.Brandon stuck with me and gave me honest advice even when the closing date got pushed back a full month.
