Jessica Meraz

My name is Jessica Meraz. I was born in Denver, Colorado, but was raised in good ole Odessa, Texas. I have been in the real estate business over 9 years. Prior to obtaining my real estate license, I was in the banking industry for 14 years at Southwest Bank in Odessa, Texas. The last 5 years of my banking career were spent as a Real Estate Lending Specialist, wherein I gained a broad knowledge of the real estate business. This is where I realized I had a passion for the other side of real estate, which was actually selling it, as opposed to financing it. I loved the idea of helping people achieve the dream of homeownership! I followed my intuition and went on to obtain my Real Estate License in 2011, and have been doing what I love and loving what I do ever since! Rest assured that I will hold you by the hand during the entire buying/selling process. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing those smiles on the faces of my clients when it is all said and done!
