Jim takes the time to show you anything you want to look at, we gave him our parameters which changed several Times, and he was able to adapt and help us locate what we really needed. We looked at a lot of houses with Jim and he made the time for each and looked into each house before we went. We are picky and and sometimes a little difficult.
