From the time they married in 1980, Joe and Becky Hencoski have been a team. Their real estate experience started with the purchase of their first home in 1981 and expanded when they began investing in properties in 1997. They have been licensed real estate agents since 2001 and their backgrounds in Applications Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Advertising bring a range of talents to their real estate work. Having bought and sold over 25 investment homes, has allowed them to develop a keen knowledge of the housing market. Joe is the Lead Agent for our Western North Carolina team and also actively oversees the operations of our Florida team. Becky is the Executive Assistant for both our North Carolina office and our Florida office.
