John Fox is a very knowledgeable broker that did an amazing job to make the sale smooth and inform us about everything in a very timely manner. His experience is evident which took a very large burden off of my shoulders when selling my parents house. I would recommend John to anyone,he did a fantastic job.

Great job sold house within couple days

John Fox was recommended to us by one of my wife’s colleagues. Best recommendation ever. John was excellent. He was supremely knowledgeable of the surrounding area and every aspect of his craft. If I have any real estate needs in the coming future, I know who my first call will be to.

This purchase involved a lot of special circumstances as we are presently living in Germany. John had to be involved in every aspect of this sale, and went above and beyond what is normally expected. His willingness to do whatever had to be done to bring a successful conclusion was integral to the process. He is personable and professional and above all honest and reliable. I would happily recommend him to anyone who asks for a reference.

Logistically this was a difficult situation with many special needs and John kept everything in balance and dealt with each challenge in an efficient and timely manner.

I would definitely recommend John to anybody needing a knowledgeable and understanding realtor who will work with them every step of the way to insure the success of their home search.

Having John was great there was alot of stuff going on an he took care of everything for me an did it fast. I would recommend him. It was a good time

after speaking with john on the phone i made an appointment for him to view property. he was on time and i immediately liked his composure and his warm greeting. we discussed my wants and needs and that i lived out of the country and this for me would be long distance. he assured me that he could be my representative and it turned out he was.

John Fox was terrific! He made sure that the process kept moving forward. When I was having problems with getting updates from the lender John went above and above to help get answers for me. Any question I ever had he always answered. He always responded to my emails very quickly and was always able to reach him on the phone. He made such a big and stressful process a whole lot easier.
