Scott, Ashley, and the Team have now helped me buy a house, sell a house, and buy a new house within the last four years. As was the case the first time around, they were extremely helpful and accommodating every step of the way. One of their traits that I appreciate the most is that they never feel like they are being pushy or get impatient, no matter how many questions I have or how many houses I need to visit before finding "the one." This last transaction was especially hairy trying to close the sale and the purchase (which we closed in 15 days start to finish!) at the same time to minimize any storage or couch surfing, and they did everything in their power to make that happen.
