After just completing a 21-day close, I can now add my 5-star experience!My husband and I were looking to purchase an investment property 50/50 with my son. We wanted a single family house within our budget for a rental. All of us live out of town, but Jenny made it easy to view the houses we were interested in on the weekends. Once we saw the perfect house on Saturday, we made an offer and it was accepted on Sunday and we were officially in escrow. Jenny and her team quickly scheduled the home inspection for the following day and guided us through all the necessary requirements so it went very smoothly. In all honesty, I am a very detailed and picky person and only like to work with people who are responsive and thorough.
