We wanted a single family house within our budget for a rental. All of us live out of town, but Jenny made it easy to view the houses we were interested in on the weekends. Once we saw the perfect house on Saturday, we made an offer and it was accepted on Sunday and we were officially in escrow. Jenny and her team quickly scheduled the home inspection for the following day and guided us through all the necessary requirements so it went very smoothly.
