Overall, I had a great experience with John Thrush. He was knowledgeable and worked fast. He was very communicative and answered any questions I had regarding my property/sale. I felt comfortable reaching out to him with any issues or concerns I had. He was an awesome agent and will definitely be working with him again in the future!
As first time home buyers, John was very helpful in guiding my husband and I in the home buying process. John was very organized in showing houses. He took the time to print out every detail on the home and gave us a checklist that helped us decide on the right home for us. John was honest and clearly communicated at each step of the home buying process. He would even give us a heads up on the next step and how we should prepare.

Great job
John was professional and persistent. He helped guide us to prepare our rental property for sale, and coached us in contract negotiation. We had a wonderful sales experience working with John and sold our rental property so we could purchase a home of our own. We would recommend John to anyone looking for a positive seamless sellers experience!

John Thrush offers a full service broker for a flat fee saving us thousands in commissions. We received the same services with John as we would with any other realtor but didn’t have to pay 3%. He set up a portal for us to look at properties, went over comps with us but let us chose pricing, did an open house and completely negotiated deal
John was always available during entire process. He was able to secure an earnest deposit for us when a buyer walked from deal without just cause.
His professionalism with other agents enabled us to secure a property that we previously had to walk from due to contingency on our property. Other agent could have held it against us but didn’t cause John was able to convince them it was not our fault
Overall excellent service for more than fair flat price
