Kimberly Idel recently helped me sell my house and was fantastic. I had previously used Kim to both sell a home and purchase one, so I knew she would be awesome.
She has so much experience in the local market - she advised me about which rooms needed touch-ups and which repairs I should complete prior to selling. She even calmed me down when I was panicking about how 'clean' the house needed to be ("Do I really need to clean all of those old window blinds, Kim?" "No - let's just take them down so the natural light shines in!")
One day, Kim showed up with her trailer and hauled some larger things away for me!!
She also helped me complete a million last-minute tasks when I was exhausted.
