Julie Allen at Weichert Realtors has been both selling and finding me properties since the 1990's. I had one property that another agency had and not even one showing. Julie asked to list it and it was sold so fast. She has treated my small inexpensive properties just like they were her million dollar listings. I highly recommend her for any real estate needs. She's professional, knowledgeable and courteous and most of all reliable.

I relocated to the upstate with a job change and the relocation company put my wife and I in touch with a local realtor, Julie Allen, to help us find our new home. She was the opposite of what everyone told us a realtor would be in a relocation and the experience was fantastic. Julie was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the upstate and was able to show us many houses that met our interest. She was extremely kind and patient, and let us know from the beginning that we should not settle for anything short of our perfect home. Her goal was never to move us in to any home quickly, but to take the time to find the perfect home for us. She spent four Saturday's with us looking and never hurried us at all. Julie was completely honest when we asked any questions about homes that we looked at, even when it meant that we would most likely not want to purchase that home. Through contracts, inspections and closing she provided excellent knowledge and advise. I highly recommend Julie.

Julie was absolutely wonderful through the whole process of buying our first property. She is extremely knowledgeable about the process, worked to get the price we wanted, and did extra research for us before and after the process to make sure we understood the restrictions. 12/10/22 - Julie went above and beyond all expectations. She was easily accessible and answered all of our questions. When she showed us homes, she would fade into the background and allow us to feel comfortable walking around and taking everything in. She only gave her opinions if I asked for them. She was, by far, the best realtor I've worked with as a buyer and I would highly recommend her.
