From day 1 Karen was on top of it. It went online and the sign up in the yard immediately. She called and emailed to keep us informed of comps, possible buyers, and she had up sold to the second viewer. Very professional, and responsive. There was never a question she didn't know the answer to as far putting the house on the market until the closing.
