Karen was the best recommendation my wife and I have ever received, across the board. I truly can't say enough great things and I could be brought to tears when I think about how patient and supportive and thorough Karen was. We had a small budget, ever changing (and sometimes lofty) requirements while shopping in a competitive, high market. We ultimately spent 4 very trying years struggling with those issues. Karen stuck by us through the last one as if she was family. I could write a novel here on how her skill set was admired by my wife and I through this entire process. Especially when offers were made. She very clearly prioritized us as her clients just as well as others with greater budgets. She made sure we understood all of our contracts. She responded promptly to all communication. At the end of the day (and after working with multiple agents) I don't believe our home purchase could have been possible without her tenacity.
