For the last nine years she has been managing and growing a $9.5 million dollar real estate portfolio which includes over 240 properties throughout seven states, for Precision Capital. Kate manages the properties from acquisition through the contract and closing process as well as oversees that the properties are profitable through the lifetime of the asset.

In the past 10 years Kate was on a top producing team at Keller Williams Realty Northern Colorado ,with a client base built over two decades. Kate negotiates and invests in both commercial and residential real estate for herself and her clients.

Kate Is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, and currently lives with her two children in Windsor, Colorado, where she has lived for six years.
