Kate was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and thus, the whole process went quickly and smoothly. Kate negotiated everything I wanted and was very responsive. She has local relationships with other service providers so that I was able to have all my needs met quickly. Best of all, Kate is so personable and really listened to the most important things to me in looking for a new home.
