We watched Kathy sell two homes on our same street, as we had planned to sell our home the following spring. We were impressed by the marketing, attention to detail of the homes during the selling process and overall execution of the sale.

Katherine Schaumburger and her team performed with very effeciently and professionally after I listed our home with them> My circumstance was unique in that I moved out of state shortly after I signed on to have the Schaumburger Team handle the selling of our home. Everything was handled long distance and with my well being in mind!
