Katie Klaus

I first came into contact with Katie about 3 years ago. She was part of the team selling the apartment building I was living in. During this it was Covid and I was VERY pregnant. She did so great with communication about the safety precautions I had for people viewing my apartment. When I knew it was time to for my husband and I to buy I knew I would work with no one else but Katie. This woman helped me for almost 2 YEARS!! Took all our wants and needs to heart and really heard and understood what we wanted. She was so encouraging and helpful and so supportive on the days I wanted to give up on home buying. After offer after offer we were finally given the chance to purchase a home. Katie walked us through every step of the way. Basically holding my hand because I had no idea what I was doing. Now that we are in our home, Katie makes sure to check in with me regularly to make sure everything is up to par. Any problems or questions I know I can call Katie and she will be on it.

Katie is a hardworking young lady and is very good at finding what her customers are looking for. Since this was our first home a lot of the process was new to us and Katie was right there to guide us through. She even referred us to a local lender who was also very helpful. We were on a limited budget and Katie showed us many properties before we found "The One". She is a professional and very sweet, always a smile on her face. We will definitely list our home with her if we decide to move.

Katie was an exceptional ally in our search for a house. She made herself available as often as we needed and was always prompt and professional. Her sense of humor and positivity went a long way towards easing the tension of trying to buy a home in an insane market, and she was always quick to show us things we were looking at. While she was positive, she was also realistic, telling us what she thought and her opinions of whether something was feasible. She was great with communicating with us and keeping us in the loop, and she was so much fun to work with. Even when things got tough and our search dragged on, she helped reassure us and keep us positive, while also lamenting with us. By the end of it, she was not only our realtor but a friend we want to see more of. Our closing date was bittersweet, because while we bought our home and love it, we didn't get to see Katie all the time anymore. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Katie was very easy to work with. She is personable and friendly, but tough, poised, and professional when it comes down to it. I appreciate her unique blend of relaxed easy going showings and driven detail oriented negotiations. She clearly tailored her approach to our family and had a very good understanding of what we needed. We will definitely be recommending her to friends in the future.
