For reasons that had nothing to do with Kelly, I ended up not buying a home from her but she showed me several properties. Let me tell you this lady is at the top of her game. For instance, I was at one point considering a "special needs" property and Kelly was right there with zoning and legal resources to help. In addition to the automatic list I was on for houses meeting my criteria, Kelly was always sending an email "how about this one?" or "this one you liked just came back on the market," as she was actively seeking properties for me. She was always available for a showing and gave great advice on assorted home questions while looking at a property. She's very good at what she does and it shows. Mike did a Great job helping with showing property and getting me all information I asked for.was very responsive and returned calls promptly . He also made sure all the paperwork was in order and helped negotiate some extras in the deal.
