Inventory in Ardmore has expanded in this rolling three-month view, with active listings up more than 20 percent from a year ago. New listings and pending sales have both increased year over year, showing more owners are listing and more buyers are writing offers. Homes are still moving at a solid pace, with about two and a half months of supply and most properties going under contract within about a month.
