We were very pleased with Ken's professionalism and market knowledge. Ken made the home buying process a breeze. He was always available, even when he was on vacation (who does that)! Our dream house already had a cash offer in, Ken recommended we put in a back-up offer in the off-chance it fell out of escrow.
