Kendra was wonderful to work with. Using her local connections, she found us a beautiful home within our budget in a desirable neighborhood. Exactly what we were looking for. Without her we would not have entered the market when we did. She then sold our other home despite weather related hiccups. She is an outstanding realtor and we are so happy she worked with us.

Our experience with Kendra was exceptional. She was always responsive, no matter the time of day even before we had signed a contract with her. We felt she was very honest and upfront with us. She took the time to do her homework after first meeting with us to come up with a reasonable list price for our home. We ended up listing our home later than originally anticipated and when we did she suggested increasing the price a bit from what we had originally agreed upon. Our house was only on the market a day! Kendra was also able to facilitate a long distance closing for us for the new house we purchased. Again, this was before we had signed a contract with her.
